5.3 Update/Support
Hey everyone,
we just wanted to give you a heads up on our 5.3 update, since these questions are always coming up with a new release.
We will, as always, submit our update for the new version as soon as Epic allows it. Sadly we can’t support preview releases, since Epic only allows submits for full releases. And since Cinematographer is a C++ plugin, there needs to be a re-submission, for the plugin to work. That means, the Cinematographer 5.3 update will arrive as soon as Epic releases 5.3 out of preview into a full release.
We also plan to add support for calibrated lens files in this update so stay tuned!
Update: It’s already online - his was very fast!
Hey, just a short update:
We’ve just uploaded Cinematographer for Unreal Engine 5.3.
Now Epic has to compile the files and push the update. From our experience, that usually takes between 1-3 days but can take up to a week.
So no worries, the new Cinematographer update is on its way and will be available soon!
