Hi - unfortunately I have a big problem since the last update (see screenshots) - is there a solution or documentation on how to restore your preUpdate cam settings? Thanks for a quick reply, I'm stuck in an important project right now.
sorry I forgott - in viewport it look's perfect, but the rendering with sequencer and movie render queue brings that strange result ...
Hey Heiko, we are sorry to hear that you are having trouble, especially when time is of the essence. But we are very confident that this bug is not connected to Cinematographer or the recent update.
If you want to be 100% sure, we will describe how to disable the new lines of code:
After that you have the exact functionality of Cinematographer 1.04.
But our guess would be that the Sequencer and Render Queue are bugged since we are hearing about and encountering lots of bugs and render issues in the last few months. We just added some more safety updates of lenses and camera bodies with the new update and stranger things have happened but we are pretty confident that your problems are not connected to the update and not even connected to Cinematographer in general. Maybe replacing the cameras with new ones or deleting the lights and setting new ones might help Sorry, I wish I had better news for you!
Hey guys - thanks for the quick reply. The fact that we started our project in UE 5.03 was really not a good idea - unfortunately it is very unstable when rendering via the MRQ. But that's not your fault - thanks for the tip anyway, I've used a regular CinematicCam for now and then go back to 4.27 - your plugin works great there. I hope the final 5.1 will finally be a version that you can really work with. Thanks again and best regards - Heiko
